  • Approximate geographical location
  • Traffic source (search, direct access, etc.)

This data is transferred to Google LLC (United States). Google Analytics is subject to data transfer mechanisms compliant with the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Legal basis: the user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), obtained via the cookie management banner.

2.3 Via Google Maps

A Google Maps map is embedded on our website to show you our location. When this map is displayed, Google may collect certain technical data (IP address, browsing data) even without any interaction on your part.

This data is processed by Google LLC (United States), subject to data transfer mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.

Legal basis: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), obtained via the cookie management banner.

3.Data retention period

  • Contact form: data is retained for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, and for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the last contact.
  • Analytics data: retained for a default period of 14 months in Google Analytics 4 (configurable setting).
  • Cookies: retention period varies depending on the type of cookie (see section 5).

4.Recipients of the data

Your data is intended exclusively for authorised members of the Le Collectif Petite Enfance association. It is not transferred, sold or leased to third parties.

In connection with the third-party tools used (Google Analytics, Google Maps), certain technical data may be transmitted to Google LLC, in accordance with the GDPR.
